A supportive, human and judgement-free approach
Everyone has their own story, circumstances and pace.
That’s why my approach begins with listening and respect, creating a safe and trusting space where you can express yourself freely and feel comfortable being yourself.
I’m not here to tell you what you should do. I’m here to support you in gaining a deeper understanding of what you’re going through, recognising your emotions, discovering your own inner resources and finding new ways to deal with what is worrying you today.
Every journey is different, which is why I tailor my support to each person and to each stage of their journey.
I work from four core principles
Listening
A space where you can speak and feel truly heard.
Respect
No judgement, no labels, always respecting your own pace.
Confidentiality
Everything you share with me will be treated with discretion and respect.
Support
Walking alongside you so that you can find your own answers and move towards what you want to create.
Tools and resources I use, tailored to each person’s individual needs
Every person is different, and we don’t all need the same things at every stage of our lives.
That’s why, throughout the process, I may use different tools and exercises to help us better understand what you are experiencing, connect with yourself, and discover resources that you can also apply in your everyday life. Some of the tools we may use include:
Self-awareness and reflection
Exercises designed to help you better understand who you are, what you need, what concerns you, and what you want for your life. Through questions and moments of reflection, we can discover aspects of yourself that may have been going unnoticed.
Emotional management
We work on recognising and understanding emotions, learning to identify what you are feeling and how you can relate to your emotions in a more conscious way. The goal is not to stop feeling, but to learn to listen to yourself.
Clarifying your goals
Sometimes we know we want to make a change, but we’re not sure what the next step should be. We can use different exercises to help you define what you want to achieve and what small steps you can start taking.
Working with thoughts
Our thoughts can influence the way we interpret what happens to us and how we feel. Through questions and reflective exercises, we can observe certain thought patterns and explore more conscious and realistic perspectives.
Journaling and reflective writing
Writing can become a simple tool for pausing and listening to yourself. We can use prompts, writing exercises, or short journal entries to help you express what you are experiencing and observe your progress.
Practical exercises for everyday life
Support doesn’t have to stay within the session. When appropriate for you, we can incorporate small exercises to try between sessions, always adapted to your situation and pace — never to overwhelm you with tasks.
🤍 One essential tool: listening to yourself
Beyond any exercise or technique, I believe the most important tool is creating a space where you can feel heard and understood. That’s why I don’t use the same tools with everyone. Every process begins with where you are. Together, we will choose what may be most helpful for you at each stage, always respecting your pace, your circumstances, and what you need to work on.
You don’t need to have everything figured out to begin. Sometimes, the first step is simply finding a space where you can talk.
Transform your story. Rise into your best self.
You don’t need to have everything figured out to take the first step.
Sometimes, starting simply means giving yourself permission to talk.
