FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

If you can’t find what you’re looking for, feel free to write to me. I’d be happy to hear from you.

Is the first consultation free?

Yes. The first consultation is free and with no obligation: a space to get to know each other, tell me what is on your mind and see together whether my approach is a good fit for you.

What is personal and emotional coaching?

It is a supportive process that can help you better understand what you are going through, connect with yourself, manage your emotions more effectively, and discover your own resources to navigate changes or situations that may be concerning you.

Do I have to be going through a problem to have coaching?

No. Coaching can also be for people who simply want to get to know themselves better, improve an area of their life, make decisions, rebuild their confidence, or begin a process of personal growth.

What happens during a first consultation?

The first consultation, which is free, is above all an opportunity for us to get to know each other, talk about what has brought you to seek support, and learn more about how I work. We can also explore together whether this type of support feels right for you.

Do I need to know exactly what I want to work on?

No. You don’t need to arrive with everything figured out or know exactly where to start. We can discover this together as we talk.

How long does a session last?

Sessions last approximately 60 minutes.

How often do sessions take place?

The frequency can be adapted to each person and their individual circumstances. We can discuss together what pace feels most comfortable and appropriate for you.

Are sessions in person or online?

You can have your sessions in person in Ibiza or online.

Is what we discuss during sessions confidential?

Yes. I know that talking about how we feel, our worries or the things that are affecting us isn’t always easy. That’s why it is so important to me to create a space where you can express yourself freely, knowing that you will always be heard and treated with respect.

Everything you share throughout the process will be treated with discretion, respect and confidentiality. You are not here to be judged, labelled or compared to anyone else.

This is your space: a place where you can talk, pause, listen to yourself and gain a deeper understanding of what you’re going through. Your trust matters to me. Confidentiality, respect and privacy are an essential part of the way I support you.

What kind of situations can I work on with you?

We can explore areas such as self-awareness, self-esteem, emotional management, life changes, decision-making, worry, feeling overwhelmed, personal goals, and personal growth, among others.

Do you use exercises or tools during the sessions?

Yes. Depending on each person and what we are working on, I may use different exercises and tools focused on reflection, self-awareness, and emotional management. I don’t use the same tools with everyone — the support is adapted to each individual process.

Does coaching replace a psychologist or another healthcare professional?

No. Coaching does not replace psychological, psychiatric, or medical care. My work falls within the field of personal and emotional coaching. When a situation requires specialised psychological or healthcare support, it is important to seek help from the appropriate professional.

What if I’m not sure whether coaching is right for me?

That’s completely okay. You can get in touch with me and briefly tell me about what you are going through. We can explore whether my approach feels like a good fit for you, with no obligation.

How can I book a session?

I see clients by appointment. You can message me on WhatsApp, call me at +34 697 300 818, email me, or fill out the contact form.

You don’t need to know exactly what to say or have all the answers.
